Scott and his team were great to do business with. Fair pricing. Clear scope and schedule. They stayed in daily communication through a couple weather delays and made sure that I's and T's were taken care of. Highly recommend.
Worked with Scott today, the experience was great very friendly punctual went above and beyond the items I needed help with related to my roof, extreme attention to detail to cover things that I hadn't even seen when I checked it out myself. Would certainly recommend to anybody out there in the springs needing a reliable company.

I was so pleased with the speed and accuracy, which they did in a very professional way, I would choose them again in the future. Happy to have their services. Our commercial roof turned out beautiful and I’m confident I’ll never have to worry about another roof for a long time on our commercial property.

We recently had Colorado Pro Roofing re-texture and repaint a ceiling and wall that had been damaged by water leakage. The result was outstanding. Both areas match the original texture and color and we couldn't be more pleased. They took great care to ensure there were no paint drips on the wall or floor. All in all an outstanding job. I highly recommend these guys!

Phenomenal job! We had wood shakes that needed to eventually be replaced to lower our home insurance. We got three quotes from different companies. We went with Colorado Pro Roofing because of these reasons:

1.) No complaints or issues with the BBB

2.) Google reviews were high

3.) When we got our quote back from Scott it was VERY professional and detailed, like the warranty, type of shingle, after the work is done a magnetic will be used to collect any loose nails, etc. No questions needed with that quote.

4.) Price was reasonable and there was no issues, so the quote was exactly what we paid.

I would use Colorado Pro Roofing again! They started around 7:30am and everything was done by 3pm. Bonus. We love our new roof and have no complaints.

Scott and Team are amazing to work with. They did a stellar job with our roof and gutter replacement, and deck repair project. Scott is a true professional and kept my wife and me updated every step of the way. We had initially considered other contractors for the job, and came back to the first team we considered - Colorado Pro Roofing, and I am so happy we did. I highly recommend this company if you want the work completed professionally, thoroughly and timely. We will most definitely use them for future home repair projects. Thank you Scott and team on a job well done.

Peace of Mind. You're looking to hire a company for your exterior home project. You have found the best company! The uncertainty of a fair cost and unknown dilemma if the work will be done properly only adds to your concerns. Colorado Pro Roofing does an excellent job of putting those concerns at ease.

Scott not only does the on-site estimate himself; he also ensured that everything was done properly. His crew was extremely professional, and worked with such diligence. From start to finish, working with Colorado Pro Roofing has been such a great experience.
We love Colorado Pro Roofing! Queries are answered promptly. The estimates were very fair. Scott is certainly organized. He monitors the work done by subcontractors for quality. His own work is precise and finely executed. Our home is over seventy years old and many updates were completed including paint, drywall, electrical work, light fixtures and plumbing. We had a great experience with this company. Betsi and Phil.

Great company and service! Scott was quick and professional. We had a leak in our roof and Scott was able to identify the problem within about 5 minutes. He was then able to make a quick turnaround and return the next day to fix it. Communication was always clear. He texted me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving 15 minutes later than he expected. Will definitely be reaching out to the company again when we need work done on the roof.

Roof Replacement Services in Fountain, Colorado

Fountain Roof Replacement Services

Colorado Pro Roofing provides roof replacement services in Fountain, Colorado for aging roofs, hail damage, wind damage, repeated roof leaks, storm-related roof failures, and roofs that have reached the end of their useful life.

A roof replacement decision should be based on the full condition of the roofing system, not just one damaged area. We help homeowners understand roof age, material condition, storm damage, ventilation, flashing, decking concerns, and long-term value before moving forward.

When Roof Replacement May Be the Right Step

Replacement is usually considered when repair no longer provides a reliable long-term solution or the roof system has widespread damage.

  • Repeated leaks or recurring repair needs
  • Hail or wind damage across multiple roof slopes
  • Aging shingles, granule loss, or exposed mat
  • Roof system nearing the end of service life
  • Storm damage that affects the broader roofing system
Local Service Coverage

Roof Replacement Services Throughout Fountain

Colorado Pro Roofing provides roof replacement services throughout Fountain, including Fountain Mesa, Heritage, Ventana, Countryside, Fountain Valley, Mesa Ridge, and surrounding neighborhoods. Roof age, hail paths, wind exposure, and shingle condition can vary from one neighborhood to another.

Established Neighborhoods

Older roofs in established Fountain neighborhoods may show wear from UV exposure, prior storms, and age-related shingle deterioration.

Storm-Exposed Areas

Open areas and wind-exposed neighborhoods can experience shingle uplift, hail impacts, and faster roof system wear.

Replacement Planning

A professional inspection helps determine whether roof replacement is appropriate or whether repair still makes sense.

Recent Storm Relevance

Roof Replacement After the June 22, 2026 Fountain Hail Storm

Following the June 22, 2026 hail storm in Fountain, homeowners may notice missing shingles, granule loss, dented soft metals, roof leaks, damaged vents, or concerns that are not visible from the ground.

Not every roof hit by hail needs replacement. Some roofs need monitoring, some need targeted repairs, and some may require a full roof replacement depending on roof age, shingle condition, number of affected slopes, and the overall roofing system.

Important Post-Storm Note

Many roofs do not leak immediately after hail or wind. Damage to shingles, vents, flashing, gutters, and roof accessories can shorten roof life or lead to future issues. A professional inspection helps determine whether the roof should be repaired, monitored, or evaluated for replacement.

Replacement Indicators

Signs It May Be Time to Replace Your Roof

A roof replacement may be a better long-term decision when damage is widespread, the roof is older, or repair no longer solves the underlying problem.

💧

Multiple Leaks

Repeated or widespread leaks may indicate broader roofing system failure instead of one isolated repair issue.

Missing Shingles

Shingles missing across multiple areas can leave the roof vulnerable to water entry and further wind damage.

Storm Damage

Hail and wind damage across multiple slopes may make replacement more practical than patching individual areas.

Granule Loss

Heavy granule loss can reduce shingle protection and signal aging, hail impacts, or roof system wear.

!

Exposed Mat

Visible fiberglass mat, cracked shingles, or severe surface wear may indicate reduced remaining roof life.

Old Roof System

Older roofs with repeated repair needs may no longer offer strong long-term value.

Wind Uplift

Creased, lifted, or displaced shingles can create vulnerable areas and broader roof concerns.

Inspection Findings

A documented inspection can help separate repairable issues from replacement-level concerns.

Installation Process

Our Roof Replacement Process

A clear roof replacement process helps homeowners understand what happens before, during, and after installation.

1

Roof Inspection

We inspect the roof condition, visible damage, leaks, ventilation, accessories, and repair-versus-replacement indicators.

2

Measurements & Scope

Roof size, pitch, access, materials, code details, and system components are reviewed before final pricing.

3

Material Selection

Homeowners can review shingle options, Class 4 impact-resistant choices, colors, warranties, and system details.

4

Scheduling

Once scope and materials are confirmed, the project is scheduled around weather, material availability, and crew timing.

5

Installation

The old roofing system is removed when required, components are installed, and the new roof is built to project specifications.

6

Final Review

Cleanup, final details, warranty information, and project closeout are reviewed after installation.

Product Information

Roofing Materials and Replacement Options

A roof replacement is more than shingles. Material selection, underlayment, ventilation, flashing, drip edge, valleys, and warranty options all affect long-term performance.

Architectural Shingles

Common residential roofing option with dimensional appearance and reliable performance when installed as a complete roof system.

Class 4 Impact-Resistant Shingles

Popular in hail-prone Colorado areas. These shingles may help improve impact resistance and may qualify for insurance discounts depending on the carrier.

Designer Shingles

Higher-profile shingle options can improve curb appeal and create a more distinctive finished roof appearance.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofing may be considered for select homes where durability, snow-shedding, and long-term performance are priorities.

Roof replacement pricing depends on the actual project scope. A professional inspection and written scope help avoid confusion when comparing estimates.

Roof Size

Larger roofs require more materials, labor, tear-off time, and installation planning.

Roof Complexity

Pitch, height, valleys, dormers, skylights, and access can affect labor and safety requirements.

Material Selection

Architectural shingles, Class 4 shingles, designer shingles, and metal roofing have different cost ranges.

System Details

Ventilation, flashing, drip edge, underlayment, valley metal, decking, and warranty options influence final scope.

Storm Chaser Warning

Be Cautious After Major Storms

After hail and wind events, homeowners may be approached by out-of-town roofing companies, storm chasers, and door-to-door solicitors. Before signing anything, verify local presence, insurance, references, warranty terms, and the exact work being proposed.

A roof replacement decision should be based on documented roof conditions, not pressure tactics. Take time to ask questions and understand whether your roof needs repair, monitoring, insurance documentation, or full replacement evaluation.
