Scott and his team were great to do business with. Fair pricing. Clear scope and schedule. They stayed in daily communication through a couple weather delays and made sure that I's and T's were taken care of. Highly recommend.
Worked with Scott today, the experience was great very friendly punctual went above and beyond the items I needed help with related to my roof, extreme attention to detail to cover things that I hadn't even seen when I checked it out myself. Would certainly recommend to anybody out there in the springs needing a reliable company.

We recently had Colorado Pro Roofing re-texture and repaint a ceiling and wall that had been damaged by water leakage. The result was outstanding. Both areas match the original texture and color and we couldn't be more pleased. They took great care to ensure there were no paint drips on the wall or floor. All in all an outstanding job. I highly recommend these guys!

Phenomenal job! We had wood shakes that needed to eventually be replaced to lower our home insurance. We got three quotes from different companies. We went with Colorado Pro Roofing because of these reasons:

1.) No complaints or issues with the BBB

2.) Google reviews were high

3.) When we got our quote back from Scott it was VERY professional and detailed, like the warranty, type of shingle, after the work is done a magnetic will be used to collect any loose nails, etc. No questions needed with that quote.

4.) Price was reasonable and there was no issues, so the quote was exactly what we paid.

I would use Colorado Pro Roofing again! They started around 7:30am and everything was done by 3pm. Bonus. We love our new roof and have no complaints.

Scott and Team are amazing to work with. They did a stellar job with our roof and gutter replacement, and deck repair project. Scott is a true professional and kept my wife and me updated every step of the way. We had initially considered other contractors for the job, and came back to the first team we considered - Colorado Pro Roofing, and I am so happy we did. I highly recommend this company if you want the work completed professionally, thoroughly and timely. We will most definitely use them for future home repair projects. Thank you Scott and team on a job well done.

Peace of Mind. You're looking to hire a company for your exterior home project. You have found the best company! The uncertainty of a fair cost and unknown dilemma if the work will be done properly only adds to your concerns. Colorado Pro Roofing does an excellent job of putting those concerns at ease.

Scott not only does the on-site estimate himself; he also ensured that everything was done properly. His crew was extremely professional, and worked with such diligence. From start to finish, working with Colorado Pro Roofing has been such a great experience.
We love Colorado Pro Roofing! Queries are answered promptly. The estimates were very fair. Scott is certainly organized. He monitors the work done by subcontractors for quality. His own work is precise and finely executed. Our home is over seventy years old and many updates were completed including paint, drywall, electrical work, light fixtures and plumbing. We had a great experience with this company. Betsi and Phil.

Great company and service! Scott was quick and professional. We had a leak in our roof and Scott was able to identify the problem within about 5 minutes. He was then able to make a quick turnaround and return the next day to fix it. Communication was always clear. He texted me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving 15 minutes later than he expected. Will definitely be reaching out to the company again when we need work done on the roof.

When Roof Repair May Be the Right Step

Roof repair is usually most practical when the damage is limited, the roof still has useful service life left, and the issue can be corrected without replacing the entire roof system.

  • One active leak or a small problem area
  • Missing or damaged shingles in a limited area
  • Pipe jack, vent, flashing, or ridge cap concerns
  • Storm damage that does not affect the full roofing system

Repair Guidance Starts With Roof Condition

Whether the concern involves a roof leak, missing shingles, hail damage, flashing issues, storm damage, or general roof deterioration, a professional roof inspection can help determine the most appropriate next step.

  • Localized roof leak concerns
  • Missing or lifted shingles after wind
  • Hail and storm-related repair questions
  • Flashing, vent, pipe jack, and ridge cap issues
Common Repairs

Common Roof Repairs We Perform in Fountain

Fountain homes can experience roof problems from hail, wind, sun exposure, freeze-thaw cycles, aging materials, poor flashing details, and normal wear. These are common repair needs homeowners ask about.

💧

Roof Leak Repair

Leak repairs often involve flashing, valleys, pipe penetrations, roof vents, skylights, or damaged shingles.

Missing Shingles

Wind can lift, crease, or remove shingles, leaving the roof exposed to water intrusion.

Hail Damage Repair

Some hail damage may be repairable when impacts are limited and the roof remains a strong repair candidate.

Wind Damage Repair

Wind damage can affect shingles, ridge caps, starter strips, vents, flashing, and exposed roof edges.

Flashing Repairs

Chimneys, walls, valleys, dormers, and roof transitions need proper flashing to prevent leaks.

Pipe Jack Repairs

Cracked or aged pipe boots are one of the most common causes of roof leaks.

Roof Vent Repairs

Damaged roof vents can allow water entry and may also indicate storm-related roof impacts.

!

Emergency Repairs

Temporary protection may be needed when active leaks or storm openings are present.

Recent Storm Relevance

Roof Repairs After the June 22, 2026 Fountain Hail Storm

Following the June 22, 2026 hail storm in Fountain, many homeowners are checking for hail impacts, missing shingles, granule loss, roof leaks, lifted shingles, and damage that may not be visible from the ground.

Not every roof needs replacement after hail. Some roofs need monitoring, some need targeted repairs, and some may require broader replacement depending on the age of the roof, the extent of damage, and the condition of the full roof system.

Important Post-Storm Note

Many roofs do not leak immediately after hail or wind. Damage to shingles, vents, flashing, gutters, and roof accessories can shorten roof life or lead to future issues. A professional inspection helps determine whether the roof should be repaired, monitored, or evaluated for replacement.

Leak Repair

Roof Leak Repair in Fountain

Roof leaks can be caused by storm damage, old pipe jacks, cracked flashing, damaged shingles, valleys, skylights, roof penetrations, or aging roof materials. The source of a leak is not always directly above the interior stain.

  • Ceiling stains or active dripping after rain
  • Leaks near chimneys, skylights, vents, or walls
  • Water entry after hail, wind, or heavy rain
  • Recurring leaks that previous repairs did not solve
Local Conditions

What Causes Roof Damage in Fountain?

Fountain roofs face Front Range weather patterns that can accelerate wear and create repair needs.

  • Hail impacts and granule loss
  • Wind uplift on shingles and roof edges
  • UV exposure on south- and west-facing slopes
  • Snow, ice, and freeze-thaw cycles
  • Aging pipe jacks, vents, flashing, and sealants
  • Storm paths affecting Fountain Mesa, Heritage, Ventana, Countryside, Fountain Valley, and the Mesa Ridge area
Emergency Repairs

Emergency Roof Repair in Fountain, Colorado

Some roofing problems require immediate attention. Active leaks, missing shingles after wind events, exposed underlayment, storm damage, and sudden water intrusion can increase the risk of additional damage if left unaddressed.

Active Roof Leaks

Water entering the home should be reviewed quickly to reduce the risk of interior damage and additional roof system problems.

Wind Damage

Lifted, creased, or missing shingles can expose underlayment and create a path for water intrusion.

Storm Openings

Damaged vents, flashing, shingles, or roof accessories may need attention after hail, wind, or heavy rain.

Temporary Protection

Emergency repairs are intended to help stabilize the roof and protect the home while a permanent repair plan is developed.

Cost Education

What Affects Roof Repair Costs?

Roof repair pricing depends on the actual repair scope. A small pipe jack repair is very different from storm-related repairs involving shingles, flashing, vents, and multiple roof areas.

Repair Size

The number of shingles, roof components, or affected areas changes the repair scope.

Roof Access

Steep roofs, high roofs, second-story sections, and difficult access can affect labor.

Material Type

Architectural shingles, specialty materials, matching needs, and discontinued products can affect cost.

Storm Damage

Hail and wind may require documentation and a broader inspection before repair decisions are made.

Inspection Process

Our Roof Repair Inspection Process

A better repair decision starts with understanding the roof condition, not guessing from the ground.

1

Roof Evaluation

We inspect visible roof areas, repair concerns, storm damage indicators, and likely leak sources.

2

Component Review

We check shingles, vents, pipe jacks, flashing, valleys, ridge caps, and roof transitions.

3

Findings

We explain whether the issue appears localized, widespread, storm-related, age-related, or repairable.

4

Next Step

You receive guidance on repair, monitoring, replacement evaluation, or insurance-related documentation.

Storm Chaser Warning

Be Cautious After Major Storms

After hail and wind events, homeowners may be approached by out-of-town roofing companies, storm chasers, and door-to-door solicitors. Before signing anything, verify local presence, insurance, references, warranty terms, and the exact work being proposed.

A roofing decision should be based on documented roof conditions, not pressure tactics. Take time to ask questions and understand whether your roof needs a repair, monitoring, insurance documentation, or replacement evaluation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fountain Roof Repair FAQs

Do you offer roof repair in Fountain, CO?

Yes. Colorado Pro Roofing provides roof repair in Fountain for leaks, flashing issues, storm damage, hail damage, missing shingles, and localized roofing problems.

How much does roof repair cost in Fountain?

Roof repair cost depends on the repair size, access, material type, roof pitch, labor requirements, and whether the damage is storm-related. An inspection is the best way to determine the scope.

Can hail damage be repaired?

Sometimes. If the damage is limited and the overall roof system is still in good condition, targeted repair may be practical. Widespread hail damage may require a broader evaluation.

Do you repair roof leaks?

Yes. Roof leaks may come from pipe jacks, flashing, vents, valleys, skylights, missing shingles, storm damage, or aging materials.

Can missing shingles be replaced?

Missing shingles can often be replaced when the surrounding roof is in good condition and compatible materials are available.

Will insurance pay for roof repairs?

Insurance may apply when covered storm damage is present. Coverage decisions belong to the insurance carrier, and the homeowner deductible remains the homeowner’s responsibility.

How long does roof repair take?

Small repairs may be completed quickly once materials and scheduling are confirmed. Larger or storm-related repairs may require inspection, documentation, and a written scope.

Should I repair or replace my roof?

Repair may make sense for localized damage. Replacement may be better when the roof is old, damage is widespread, or repeated repairs no longer provide strong value.

How soon should roof repairs be completed?

Active leaks, missing shingles, and storm openings should be addressed as soon as practical to reduce the risk of additional interior or roof system damage.

Do roof repairs come with a warranty?

Colorado Pro Roofing’s roof repair labor warranty information should be reviewed with the written repair scope so homeowners understand the applicable coverage.
