Colorado Pro Roofing was founded by Scott Jones, a long-time service professional with deep roots in hard work, honesty, and customer care. Scott grew up in a small country town in the heart of Texas, where values like showing up on time, doing what you say, and treating people right were part of everyday life.
Before entering the roofing industry, Scott spent over a decade running his own moving company in Houston. After relocating to Austin, Texas, Scott became an associate with a roofing company in the Austin area and began learning the roofing and storm repair industry from the ground up.
Scott later moved to Colorado Springs after being drawn to the mountains, outdoor lifestyle, skiing, and natural beauty of Colorado. Having visited Colorado Springs several times, he knew it felt like the right place to settle down, start a family, and build a business rooted in service.
Before launching Colorado Pro Roofing, Scott worked as a service advisor for Phil Long Ford for five years and later as a service advisor for Toyota for one year. Those roles reinforced the importance of communication, follow-through, organization, and doing right by the customer.
In 2016, Scott decided to venture out on his own and start a roofing and storm repair business in Colorado Springs. He was drawn to the industry because he had heard too many stories about roofing contractors taking advantage of homeowners. He wanted to build a company that helped homeowners receive quality service, dependable products, and honest guidance.
From the beginning, Scott wanted Colorado Pro Roofing to be one of the good companies in the industry: the kind that shows up on time, does what it says it will do, installs the products homeowners are paying for, and stands behind the service provided.
