Scott and his team were great to do business with. Fair pricing. Clear scope and schedule. They stayed in daily communication through a couple weather delays and made sure that I's and T's were taken care of. Highly recommend.

Colorado Pro Roofing replaced my commercial roof on our business in Canyon City. I was so pleased with the speed and accuracy, which they did in a very professional way, I would choose them again in the future. Happy to have their services. Our commercial roof turned out beautiful and I’m confident I’ll never have to worry about another roof for a long time on our commercial property.

We recently had Colorado Pro Roofing re-texture and repaint a ceiling and wall that had been damaged by water leakage. The result was outstanding. Both areas match the original texture and color and we couldn't be more pleased. They took great care to ensure there were no paint drips on the wall or floor. All in all an outstanding job. I highly recommend these guys!

Phenomenal job! We had wood shakes that needed to eventually be replaced to lower our home insurance. We got three quotes from different companies. We went with Colorado Pro Roofing because of these reasons:

1.) No complaints or issues with the BBB

2.) Google reviews were high

3.) When we got our quote back from Scott it was VERY professional and detailed, like the warranty, type of shingle, after the work is done a magnetic will be used to collect any loose nails, etc. No questions needed with that quote.

4.) Price was reasonable and there was no issues, so the quote was exactly what we paid.

I would use Colorado Pro Roofing again! They started around 7:30am and everything was done by 3pm. Bonus. We love our new roof and have no complaints.

Scott and Team are amazing to work with. They did a stellar job with our roof and gutter replacement, and deck repair project. Scott is a true professional and kept my wife and me updated every step of the way. We had initially considered other contractors for the job, and came back to the first team we considered - Colorado Pro Roofing, and I am so happy we did. I highly recommend this company if you want the work completed professionally, thoroughly and timely. We will most definitely use them for future home repair projects. Thank you Scott and team on a job well done.

Peace of Mind. You're looking to hire a company for your exterior home project. You have found the best company! The uncertainty of a fair cost and unknown dilemma if the work will be done properly only adds to your concerns. Colorado Pro Roofing does an excellent job of putting those concerns at ease.

Scott not only does the on-site estimate himself; he also ensured that everything was done properly. His crew was extremely professional, and worked with such diligence. From start to finish, working with Colorado Pro Roofing has been such a great experience.
We love Colorado Pro Roofing! Queries are answered promptly. The estimates were very fair. Scott is certainly organized. He monitors the work done by subcontractors for quality. His own work is precise and finely executed. Our home is over seventy years old and many updates were completed including paint, drywall, electrical work, light fixtures and plumbing. We had a great experience with this company. Betsi and Phil.

Great company and service! Scott was quick and professional. We had a leak in our roof and Scott was able to identify the problem within about 5 minutes. He was then able to make a quick turnaround and return the next day to fix it. Communication was always clear. He texted me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving 15 minutes later than he expected. Will definitely be reaching out to the company again when we need work done on the roof.

Hail Damage Roofing
Why Fountain Roofs Need Attention

Fountain Roofs Take a Different Beating Than Many Colorado Springs Roofs

Fountain sits south of Colorado Springs with open exposure toward the plains, nearby military housing demand, fast-growing neighborhoods, and frequent spring and summer storm tracks. Roofs in this area can show hail bruising, lifted shingles, seal-strip failure, ridge damage, heat wear, and drainage issues before a homeowner notices a leak inside.

Common Fountain Roof Problems

  • Hail impact marks on shingles, vents, gutters, skylights, and soft metals.
  • Wind-lifted shingles and damaged ridge caps after severe thunderstorms.
  • Granule loss from UV exposure, hail, age, and repeated weather cycling.
  • Leaks around pipe boots, sidewall flashing, chimneys, valleys, and roof penetrations.
  • Poor attic ventilation that can shorten roof life and worsen heat buildup.
  • Gutter overflow and drainage problems that affect fascia, siding, and foundations.

Inspection Process

What We Check During a Fountain Roof Inspection

A good roof inspection should not be a quick sales visit. It should help the homeowner understand the roof, the risk, and the right next step.

Roof Surface

We inspect shingles, ridge caps, valleys, vents, soft metals, exposed nails, lifted tabs, granule loss, and hail impact patterns.

Leak-Prone Areas

We check pipe boots, chimneys, sidewalls, skylights, valleys, roof-to-wall transitions, flashing, and any known interior leak locations.

Ventilation & Drainage

We look for ventilation concerns, blocked airflow, gutter issues, drainage problems, and signs that heat or moisture may shorten roof life.

Fountain Roofing FAQ

Helpful Roofing Answers for Fountain Homeowners

Should I get my roof inspected after hail in Fountain?

Yes. Hail damage is not always visible from the ground. A documented inspection can identify functional damage to shingles, vents, gutters, skylights, and flashing before leaks show up inside.

Does every hailstorm mean I need a new roof?

No. Some roofs only need repair or monitoring. Replacement depends on hail size, roof age, shingle condition, impact pattern, slope exposure, and whether functional damage is found.

Do you help with insurance claim documentation?

Yes. We can provide photos, damage notes, repair-versus-replacement guidance, and scope clarity so homeowners better understand the condition of the roof before and during the claim process.

Do you install Class 4 hail-resistant shingles?

Yes. Class 4 impact-resistant shingles can be a smart upgrade for Fountain homeowners because the area has repeated hail exposure. Homeowners should also ask their insurance agent whether discounts are available.
